OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • NEW CLIENTS must provide their credit card information to secure an appointment date.

  • NEW CLIENTS must have a consultation.

  • A 24 HOUR NOTICE is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a non-refundable cancelation fee of 50% of all  scheduled service(s).

  • 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD for all appointments. After 15 minutes, please note that not all scheduled services will be performed. (I understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary, please notify me so that I can best accommodate you)

  • NO SHOWS with no prior warning are subject to a non-refundable NO-SHOW- FEE of 100% of all scheduled service(s).

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY SERVICES. If you are not satisfied with your results, please notify me within 3 days of completed service to schedule adjustments. 

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
